[A Song About Everything.]

good song

I really like the chord structure and melody...however, I do think that it would sound better sung in a different way...now, I agree, an emo whining voice wouldn't work too well (well it would, but it would be generic)...so I'm thinking retro...old school...like Beatles...sounds like a Lennon song...well, that's my opinion...but hey, I really like the song! I think it has great potential...you just have to put some effort into the vocals :) I vote 5

Thanks. This is a song I dug up on my iTunes, and it was recorded years ago. I think I'm gonna try out a slightly more bravado vocal line. Thanks for the feedback.

...it's hard to come up with words for this...your voice...is amazing...but it takes a while for me to realize that it is amazing. The guitar is simple....yet it fits in perfectly...I'm in love with this song :)

I was impressed with the level of production that went into this...and the quality of the lyrics and vocals and instruments was pretty top notch...even though the instruments seem really basic...but basic is good :D keep up the good work!

sounds more industrial than indie...

...but I dunno if there is that category...in any case, I really liked this...took me off guard in the beginning but then got me hooked into it...it's catchy...reminds me of something I'd hear for a Jhonen Vasquez animation :P

amazing

this song is amazing...I think that the only thing I had an issue with was the other voice that came in (think it was still you, just another track or something)...I think it would have sounded better sung in harmony, not just doubling the track...but it still sounded nice...the song is great, the lyrics are nice, your voice is stunningly accurate for this song...I'm adding you to my favorites :)

I like it

I think that the guitar is very...well, it's kind of basic indie..but it's VERY nice! I love the chorus...and the bridge really does bring in the mood for it :)

I think you have a great voice...however, I don't think you were quite as warmed up as you thought you should be...it sounds like you rush some parts a bit too much...but I really like your voice. My favorite thing is still the chorus!

I really like the voice and the main chords...but that distorted synth in between verses is just...I dunno...kinda annoying after the first time. Definitely comes through better with it's solo though :D Check out my song and let me know what you think, please.

hmmm...

I see that there are a few people that think this sounds Paragon X9-ish...well, that's cuz it's a very fast-paced DnB beat with beeps and videogame sounding shit in the back...not that it's bad, I love Paragon's work (even if you don't), but I think this is original...not taking a style or anything...it sounds nice...I'd 2-step to it :D It's very differen't from your other stuff...in fact, today was the first time I heard of you... You got some really good quality stuff! Some songs seem generic though :/ whatever man, don't let me keep you from your dream, keep mixin' and trixin' :)

starts off nice

I like the beat that comes in...but it gets repetative...hmmm, it's a chill song, not exactly my type, but The beat is catchy (especially when you change it up)...sounds like background music for Zelda (exploring a dungeon), hahaha...nice :)

hey, thx for the review man. yeah, i tried not to make this as repetitive as some of my other songs by switching the beat, like you said, and the instrument. i was going for a slightly different feeling for this one so sorry if you weren't liking it.
